Jenni Fagan is an award-winning author, poet, screenwriter, essayist and a playwright, and was writer in residence at the University ofEdinburgh. In 2013 Jenni was the only Scottish writer to be on Granta's Best of Young British Novelists list. She is the author of The Panopticon(2012), The Sunlight Pilgrims (2015) and her first poetry collection The Dead Queen of Bohemia was published by Polygon in 2016.
Helen Oyeyemi was born in Nigeria and raised in London. She is the author of The Icarus Girl, which was completed before her nineteenth birthday, The Opposite House, which was a nominee for the 2008 Hurston/Wright Legacy Award, and White Is for Witching, which won the 2010 Somerset Maugham Award.
Deborah Levy writes fiction, plays, and poetry. Her work has been staged by the Royal Shakespeare Company, broadcast on the BBC, and widely translated. The author of highly praised novels, including The Man Who Saw Everything (longlisted for the Booker Prize), Hot Milk and Swimming Home (both Man Booker Prize finalists), The Unloved, and Billy and Girl, the acclaimed story collection Black Vodka, and two parts of her working autobiography, Things I Don't Want to Know and The Cost of Living, she lives in London. Levy is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Literature.

He teaches creative writing and contemporary fiction at Pomona College.
