Welcome to my bookshop! My debut novel-in-stories, Jollof Rice and Other Revolutions, will be published in the US by Amistad Books on September 13, 2022 and in the UK by Trapeze Books in 2023. 

I was born and raised in Ibadan, Nigeria.  I was a finalist for the 2009 PEN/Studzinski Award. My stories have been published in New Writing from Africa 2009 (a collection of PEN/Studzinski Award finalists’ stories) and Ploughshares and mentioned in The Best American Short Stories 2018.
