Reviews
"In her follow-up to Sheet Pan Suppers and One Pan & Done, Molly Gilbert takes on sweet and savory recipes baked in one sheet pan. Pecan-caramel shortbread cookies and triple citrus poke cake come together in a time crunch. With a little more effort, orange olive oil challah and a pumpkin tiramisu roll are ready to impress."--Epicurious

"These mouthwatering, easy and creative desserts reveal the versatility of the simple sheet pan." --Closer Magazine

"The Chocolate Chip Cookie Brittle I made qualifies as a revelation. . . I dare you to stop at one piece. You'll likely become a sheet pan devotee for life." --The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

"Turns out, everyone's favorite pan for quick dinners is also a smart tool for low-fuss, creative desserts. Tell your favorite baker to check out All-the-Cereal Treats and Cannoli Icebox Cake." --Real Simple Magazine

"Through this fun, laid-back book, Molly Gilbert shows that using an 18-by-13-inch baking sheet doesn't mean you have to sacrifice creativity.... It's an ideal gift for someone who loves to bake but doesn't have the time or room for all the baking bells and whistles." --Star Tribune
