Reviews

"Carla's newest cookbook is a sparkling collection that reveals layers of her personality, heritage, mission and deep centeredness in the African American culinary tradition while reflecting the dynamism, diversity and improvisational genius that tradition inspires. This is a new classic." -- Michael Twitty
