About the Author
Julia Fagundus is a North Carolina writer and native. She's the wife of an engineer and the mother of two boy teenagers and one girl tween. She's a college English teacher, but has also been a college volleyball player, high school softball player, pool player, technical writer, editor, office manager, piano player, and beach bum. Her work has been praised by her three kids along with many of their friends that were able to hear her funny stories. Always full of joy because that's what she focuses on. Much like her books, Julia loves to play the glass half-full gal, transporting readers to a place where the heroes, though they have flaws, teach us that we are valuable, approved and loved just how we are. Helping readers to connect beyond her books with social media platforms where readers have the opportunity to share their story while encouraging others. Julia created her own Indie Publishing Company and Lifestyle Brand, RoyalKIND. RoyalKIND is Who YOU are. You are Royalty and you have the ability to change someone's world for the better in an instant....if we Take the Time. In a world of confusion and busyness, Julia inspires us with her writing to look for the light in others, to stop and take the time to brighten the day of someone who crosses your path. Inspire, Encourage, Take the Time. You are worth it.
Madison Mirra illustrated Edward the Egg at 11 years old. She is currently in the 8th grade and plays school volleyball and loves beach volleyball as well. When she is not busy with school events, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Madison has been a fan of Edward the Egg for many years now, hearing several stories at sleepovers with the author's daughter and even coming up with some of her own Edward the Egg stories! She loves Jesus and has a natural artistic talent which lead her to be the first illustrator for the Edward the Egg series.
