About the Author
Veeda Bybee is a former journalist who holds an MFA from the Vermont College of Fine Arts. She is a contributor to the YA anthology Rural Voices and MG anthology Calling the Moon. She has also written historical fiction chapter books Lily and the Great Quake and in partnership with the Smithsonian, Li On Angel Island. Veeda is the daughter of Asian immigrants and lives in Nevada with her family.
Andrea Rossetto was born in 1977 in Italy. Drawing has always been his greatest passion! He has worked as an illustrator since 2004 with companies including Disney, Cambridge University Press, Les Humanoides Associes, Soleil Editions, and Bamboo. He teaches drawing and digital coloring at the International School of Comics in Padua. He has a wife and a son whom he loves a lot, and a box full of dreams!
