About the Author

Heather Fawcett is the author of fantasy novels for children and young adults, including Ember and the Ice Dragons, Even the Darkest Stars, and All the Wandering Light. She has worked as an archaeologist, an aerospace technical writer, and a backstage assistant for a Shakespearean theater festival.
