Comment ça va? est un livre d'activités qui permet aux jeunes de prendre conscience de leurs émotions et des réactions qu'elles entraînent tout en s'amusant à les exprimer en dessinant. Le livre explore trois types de concepts à partir des idées suivantes: « Ce que tu ressens », « Nomme ton émotion » et « Comment te sens-tu quand...? ».

Comment ça va? is a drawing book for kids to help them get in touch with and learn to express their emotions. The book is divided up into different fun doodle activities such as "name your feelings", "what do you feel when", and "how does it feel when" to help readers start thinking about what they experience when they are feeling an emotion.
Comment ça va? is a tool for kids to better realize and understand their emotional responses to situations, and to help promote better emotional health. A note to parents is included.
