Sarah Carlson lives in New York City, and is a self-described educator, writer, Francophile, and dedicated auntie. She has taught English as a second language, reading and writing, and history around the world, and she holds degrees in French, gender and women's studies, and education. This is her first children's book, and she hopes to continue writing and publishing books about her niece.
