About the Author
Matthew M. Bartlett was born in 1970 in New England, where Halloween casts a darkly luminous shadow that outstretches its season. His 2014 out-of-nowhere self-published debut, Gateways to Abomination, launched a writing career that includes mosaic novels, short story collections, spoken-word records, and stories published in a variety of anthologies and journals, including Forbidden Futures, Vastarien, Year's Best Weird Fiction Vol. 3, Cosmic Horror Monthly, and others. In late 2020, in the heat of the New Pestilence, with vaccines just a glow on the horizon, he joined the Great Resignation, immediately launching his current ongoing project, now in its third year: a subscription service for monthly illustrated chapbooks, entitled the WXXT Program Guide. He writes and sells books and booze at various outlets in Western Massachusetts. He lives in Easthampton with his wife Katie Saulnier (whose art graces the cover of Gateways to Abomination) and their cats Peachpie and Larry.
Amber Fallon lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two dogs. A techie by day and horror writer by night, she has spent time as a bank manager, motivational speaker, produce wrangler, and butcher. Her obsessions with sushi, glittery nail polish, and sharp objects have made her a recognized figure. Her publications include The Warblers, The Terminal, Sharkasaurus, Daughters of Inanna, So Long and Thanks for All the Brains, Horror on the Installment Plan, Zombies For a Cure, Quick Bites of Flesh, Operation Ice Bat, and more! Fright Into Flight is her first anthology. Visit her online at amberfallon.net.

The latter is part of the Westholme Small Battle series and was accepted into the permanent collection of the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History. David is a recipient of the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution Bronze Good Citizenship Medal in recognition of his work as an author, speaker, and historical interpreter at Washington Crossing Historic Park in Pennsylvania and Princeton Battlefield State Park in New Jersey. He holds degrees in political science from Drew University and Rutgers University, and lives in Lawrence Township, NJ. More information about David and his work can be found at http: //dpauthor.com.
