About the Author
Steven F. Havill lives with his wife of more than half a century, Kathleen, in Datil, New Mexico. A former high school teacher of biology and English, Havill is the author of more than thirty novels, including the Dr. Thomas Parks historical mystery series, the long-running Posadas County police procedurals featuring retired Sheriff Bill Gastner and Undersheriff Estelle Reyes-Guzman, and several standalones.
