About the Author
Diane Lemieux was born in Quebec into a diplomatic family, and first moved abroad at the age of three. Her journey continued through eleven countries on five continents, during which she acquired four languages, two passports, and several cultural identities. After completing studies in the fields of Communication, Development, International Relations, and Journalism, Diane embarked on a career in international development before deciding to pursue her passion: writing. She is the author of four books, including The Mobile Life: A New Approach to Moving Anywhere and Culture Smart! Nigeria. Juliana Tzvetkova is an academic and intercultural intelligence trainer with a passion for education. She was born and educated in Bulgaria, where she gained a Ph.D. in Social Philosophy. In the late 1990s she moved to Canada with her family and taught at community colleges in Toronto. She has since worked on educational projects around the globe--from Bulgaria to Angola, Canada to China, the UAE to Kazakhstan. Today she works in student recruitment and continues to provide intercultural intelligence training as well as developing her personal cultural project, Kanadiana.
