Former NFL safety Andre Hal began his career on a football scholarship at Vanderbilt University. As a sophomore, Andre began a three-year streak as a cornerback starter for the Commodores, going to three consecutive bowl games for the first time in Vanderbilt history.

In 2014, Andre was a seventh-round draft pick and signed a four-year contract with the Houston Texans. In his second year, he switched to playing safety, became a starter mid-season, and eventually signed a new deal with the team in 2017.

Since retiring from the NFL, Andre has built a successful career in real estate. He lives in Houston, Texas.
