JONATHAN TEMPLE was given the task of writing for his churches bulletin. No one knew the short devotionals found in the bulletin were written by Jonathan, when it came to light that Jonathan was the author, many people, especially his wife Lisa, encouraged him to put together a short devotional book.Jonathan has always had a passion for sharing his faith in a simple easy to understand approach. Jonathan traveled with his father on mission trips to Central and South America, he has shared many of the devotionals found in this book. Jonathan is passionate about the message of Just a Closer Walk. A message of hope, love and peace.Jonathan, his wife Lisa and children live in the small town of Trussville Alabama. Jonathan lives by the words of St. Francis of Issi, "Preach the Gospel as often as possible, if necessary, use words."
