"It's not easy to hire and retain top talent. That's why Employalty should be required reading for owners and executives of businesses, both large and small. Joe Mull provides a clear, simple framework for finding and keeping high-performing employees who will move your company forward."
DORIE CLARK, Wall Street Journal-bestselling author of The Long Game and executive education faculty at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business

"Work, the workforce, and the workplace are changing so rapidly that many books written about management and talent even a few years ago already feel out of date. Contrast that with Joe Mull's work in Employalty, which is forward-looking and full of timeless wisdom while practical and applicable for today. This is the rare perspective that rightly sees work as an ecosystem, with equal emphasis on being a great boss as to hiring and retaining top quality talent. Every manager and would-be manager, every leader at any level and of any stripe should read this book--as well as every person who wants to make the best moves for their career right now and in the years ahead."
