Dr. Mohamed Buheji Dr. Buheji is the founder of the International Inspirational Economy Project and Institutes. He is considered a leading expert in the areas of Inspiration, Excellence, Knowledge, Innovation, Inspiration, Change Management and enhancement of Competitiveness for over 25 years. He is a retired professor from the University of Bahrain. Besides being a Future Foresighter. Dr. Buheji is also the Founder of the International Journal of Inspiration & Resilience Economy and International Journal of Youth Economy. He has published since 2008 more than 70 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers and 17 books in the subject of the power of thinking, lifelong learning, quality of life, inspiration and competitiveness. Also, he has five books in English about Knowledge-Economy, Inspiration Economy, Inspiring Government and Inspiration Engineering, Resilience Economy and Youth Economy. He is passionate about transferring his + 500 consultancy projects experience for more than 300 organisations from all over the world, to both education and research. Besides, Dr. Buheji serves in the editorial board of 5 internationally peer-reviewed journals. He is a member of many scientific communities, journals, academic review boards. Lately, he is a winner of many awards including the latest CEEMAN best researcher award for 2017, besides being a Fellow of World Academy of Productivity Science.
Dr Dunya Ahmed Abdulla Ahmed Dr Dunya is an assistant professor and lecturer in the Department of Social Sciences at the University of Bahrain & Scientific Committee Chairperson in the Institute of Inspiration Economy, EU & MENA. She completed her PhD in social work at the University of Warwick. She is the first and only person hold a PhD in social work in Bahrain, specialized and concentrates mainly on equity and the rights of women and people with disabilities. She is co-founder of Inspiration Economy concept, Journals, projects & institutions globally. She has a number of scientific contributions, with more than 50 paper, book reviews and books published. She is also Editorial Board of several international scientific journal. In addition of being an active member of several NGOs & Chairperson of Inspiration Economy Society in Bahrain. She has also contributed to the preparation and implementation of a number of national strategies, and preparation and discussion of international reports. In addition, she is Strategic Planning & Development Adviser in Supreme Council for Women. She has been working at the Supreme Council for Women, since 2010, as Director of Women Ombudsman Center, soon in 2011 she was appointed as Acting General Director for Policies and Development & Director National strategy for the Advancement of Bahraini women, which is the core function of the organisation. Since 2015 she became Strategic Planning & Development Adviser, and continued to manage General Director for Policies and Development until 2018.
