Sassafras has three stores for you to visit if you're ever up in our beautiful Western North Carolina mountains or on the stunning coast of South Carolina! Thank you for supporting us.

Sassafras on Sutton is located at 108 Sutton Avenue on the corner of Cherry and Sutton in magical downtown Black Mountain, NC. Our Sutton Avenue floor is a full independent bookstore, espresso cafe and lots of fun gifts. Our Cherry Street floor is full of toys, baby items, and puzzles & games for adults and kids. Come see us!

Our store in Waynesville, Sassafras on Main, is located at 196 N. Main Street across from the courthouse. Like our store in Black Mountain, we carry tons of toys, puzzles, games, books and fun for all ages.

Sassafras on Carteret, located at 206 Carteret Street, Beaufort, South Carolina is a carefully curated bookstore, as well as a gift and toy emporium!
