MISSION STATEMENT

The Read It & Eat Bookshop is Buffalo's culinary bookstore. Have an appetite for reading? Do you love to discover new foods? Meet: Read It & Eat Bookshop —Buffalo’s first culinary bookstore, which combines the love of food and books all in one place. The Read It & Eat bookshop specializes in cookbooks, food writing (chef memoirs, food history), and good reads about food. Here, you’ll also find curated artisanal goods, including baking kits, global spices, and cocktail mixes. We work to enrich the Buffalo community through our charitable work to fight hunger and partner with local chefs and restaurants for our cooking classes, part of their Books & Cooks series
