Plenty on Spring sprung from the idea of a temporary (pop-up) location for the up-and-coming Plenty on Poplar — a community event space, book shop, and dog park located in one of Cookeville’s most idyllic rural spaces. As often is the case, as we began to move forward with this "pop up" location, additional opportunities began popping up and it became clear that Cookeville wanted and needed a bookstore (with a focus on children and young adults) and community gathering space within walking distance of the wonderful historic and iconic Cookeville businesses on the West Side.

Plenty on Poplar is set to officially launch in 2023, but you can already browse and purchase from the book shop online. Plenty on Poplar has been a long-time passion project of Lisa and Dave Uhrik, owners of Franklin Fixtures, and will enrich the lives and communities here in so very many ways.
