My name is Olga and I was born a bibliophile. I love curating lists of cookbooks, food and travel books, history and other types of nonfiction.
A little about myself. I am a Ukrainian Greek food writer, recipe developer, and researcher whose work focuses on preserving and celebrating the diversity of Ukrainian culinary heritage. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a master's degree in history. My specializations include sourdough baking, fermentation, Slavic, Balkan, and Central Asian cuisines.
