Dr. Nicole Elaine Avery is an international award winning author who writes across genres. A former ward of New York State, Dr. Avery advocates for women/girls rights using the arts as she has earned several degrees in the field of literature, fashion, fine arts, performing arts and African American women's studies. She is an active member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA, a voice over talent, dancer. vocalist, visual artist, writer, producer and director.
