Madison Street Books

Madison Street Books, located in the West Loop area of Chicago, is a proudly woman-owned independent bookstore. Housed in an historic building, we are a thoughtfully curated general interest bookstore that hosts several monthly book clubs as well as weekly story times and music hours for children, in addition to unique author events. Our dedicated staff work to continue to make Madison Street Books an inclusive and community-minded space focused on literacy and a love of reading.
