Lenny Wen is a children’s book author and illustrator born and raised in Indonesia. From a young age, she loved nothing more than telling stories and filling out papers—including her school textbooks—with doodles. She has illustrated several books, including Margaret Aitken’s “Old Friends, “How We Say I Love You” by Nicole Chen, and “Smiling Eyes” by Linda Sue Park. She’s also the author and illustrator of “Spicy Spicy Hot!” and “Wolfgang in the Meadow.” When she's not illustrating, you can find her staring intently at trees, drawing bears in her sketchbook, drinking coffee, or walking with her familiar in the woods. She’s currently living in the countryside of Austria.
