About Us

Dogwood Books & Gifts was founded in 1984 by Marijane Marks and a few friends in a closet… literally. In 2013, as a result of a generous gift, the store was reimagined, renovated and doubled in size by adding a second floor. Dogwood Books & Gifts now possesses the charm that every modern book and gift store aspires to have, while remaining an invaluable spiritual resource for Greenwich and neighboring communities. Featuring a curated selection of both religious and secular new and notable books, Dogwood Books & Gifts also carries everyday and seasonal gifts. We are known for our wonderful Christmas display and Easter basket bar. Complete with a cozy sitting area upstairs and a café downstairs, Dogwood Books & Gifts is the perfect location to meet friends, shop and spend time.
