As the founder and CEO of Crisp Consulting Group, Dean stays busy training the next generation of leaders with his Intentional Leadership curriculum throughout the US and Canada. When Dean‘s not on the road, he enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife, Kim, His two sons and daughters-in-law, his dogs, and most especially his grandchildren.
