"This book has helped me understand myself and my struggle with ADHD so much more. It did a great job capturing the unique struggle of being a woman with ADHD; for me, I experience cognitive dissonance between my expectations as a woman in society and how my ADHD brain works, and this book acknowledged that struggle. The book also provided valuable advice for how to manage ADHD in the context of your career, finances, romantic life, etc. Each chapter was thorough and well-written. The book was easy to read, which would appeal to women unfamiliar with ADHD but interested in learning more about it. The book also had a positive, encouraging tone, making me more motivated to remember and follow the author's advice. I recommend this book to any woman who may have ADHD, especially those who are curious about the subject or are newly diagnosed."

"This book has been self-discovered for me and I think for everyone. I do not mean that I have this condition but it is important to know that health is not only physical. Mental health is a fundamental pillar to be able to develop an improved version of ourselves. The techniques described in the book are %100 effective and very easy to recreate.
You do not need to have this condition to read this wonderful book, it is so broad and has so much to say about ourselves that on each page you will feel identified.
I recommend it for all those who wish to know a little more those who at some point in their lives have felt like a volcano about to erupt so many responsibilities and commitments I remember it for all men and women who simply want to have a better management of their time and their abilities. Organize yourself without stress, do the exercises and read. All reading always enriches the soul."

"This is a prefect book to help you understand how ADHD works if you are a woman . It is well written in an easy to read and easy to understand. Great for woman that is just starting her self understanding/help journey; it explains symptoms and then covers broad spectrum of issues that can be affected by the way your ADHD works, to finally give you solutions, tips and tricks for every part of life that could be affected.
Only thing is I wish there was a bit more depth in some parts but over all it's a ideal starting point for a beginning of the journey. Good luck!"

"Over the years, I have read many books about managing ADHD. What makes this one stand out is that the information is geared specifically for women, and how it affects us in our role as a friend, wife, parent, etc... I found the information about how ADHD affects friendships and romantic relationships particularly helpful. I appreciated learning about the perspectives of others who interact with us, and how we appear to them. It is a quick read, and it kept my attention (unlike other books)."
