About the Author

Emily Han is a Los Angeles-based forager, wildcrafter, drink maker, and history lover on a mission to bridge modern-day herbalism and beverages. She is an expert in food preservation and apprenticed with the acclaimed cocktail chef Matthew Biancaniello.
