Jen Mott, Ed.D. is an educator, author, entertainer, keynote speaker and motivator to students, staff, organizations and businesses who want to elevate their work, change their mindset, or be encouraged to fulfill their potential. Her dissertation research was on teacher perseverance making her extremely passionate about the role teachers play in society and how they impact all aspects of our world. In the evenings and on weekends, Dr. Mott performs for crowds of all sizes as a professional juggler, stilt-walker, balloon artist and fire performer. She was featured in a TEDx Talk about "Juggling Career and Passion" as she can often be found merging her passions for entertainment, education and travel by going to schools and other organizations to inspire people to reach their full potential by tapping into their own talents and passions.
