Jeff Simpson was born and raised in California. After spending ten years as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy, he ventured into his current career as a Biomedical Technologist. He currently works at the IWK Health Centre in Halifax, NS. Jeff has ventured from the West to East Coast and now has his roots firmly planted in Nova Scotia, Canada, where he lives with his wife and family. His passion for a healthy lifestyle has driven him to inspire people to live their most optimal life. Jeff is producing his own brand Health Mind Soul Lifestyle & Wellness in the hopes of helping others find balance.
