Oliver Twist, London's most famous orphan, has saved the city. Twice. When the enigmatic Pip approaches Oliver with a proposal for partnership, Oliver is tempted by the trappings of Pip's High Society and questions his former loyalties.

But when time itself begins to collapse and the city is overrun by strange creatures and strangers out-of-time, Oliver must decide who his true friends are, stop a rampaging dinosaur, and fix time, but can he do it all before the clock runs out?
