About the Author
Dr Grace Lordan is the Founding Director of The Inclusion Initiative (TII), Director of the MSc in Behavioural Science and an Associate Professor in Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science. An economist by background, her research is focused on understanding why some individuals succeed in life and others don't. She is an expert on the effects of unconscious bias, discrimination and technology changes. Grace is an expert advisor to the UK government sitting on their skills and productivity board. Her academic writings have been published in top international journals in economics and the broader social sciences. This is her first book.
