Scott Behson, PhD, is a professor of management and Silberman Global Faculty Fellow at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a national expert in work and family issues, and the best-selling author of "The Whole-Person Workplace: Building Better Workplaces Through Work-Life, Wellness, and Employee Support", "The Working Dad's Survival Guide: How to Succeed at Work and at Home" - the best-selling book of advice and encouragement for fathers trying to balance work and family - and "We Hate Team Projects! A Friendly, Useful Guide for College Project Teams" - in use in college classrooms everywhere, helping professors and college students enjoy and succeed in their team projects. Scott is an accomplished professional speaker and consultant who provides talks, workshops, webinars, and keynote addresses for corporate clients, not-for-profit organizations, and major conferences.
