About the Author

Aurora Satler graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education and previously owned her own catering company in New York City. She spent five years as the creative director of Many Kitchens, and she styled their cookbook, Recipes from Many Kitchens. She lives in New York City with her husband and two young children.

Allison Childress, PhD, RDN, LD, is an assistant professor at Texas Tech University and chief clinical dietitian at the Nutrition and Metabolic Health Institute. She is a licensed dietitian and specializes in pediatric nutrition and women's health. She lives in Lubbock, Texas with her husband and three children.
