JONATHAN VAN BELLE is a writer and philosopher in Portland, Oregon. He earned his B.A. in philosophy at UC Berkeley, and continues to study philosophy in order to express his confusion more clearly. His main philosophical frenemies are Friedrich Nietzsche, William James, Richard Rorty, Graham Priest, and Paul Kabay. Jonathan's sacred texts are "The Gay Science" by Friedrich Nietzsche and "On the Plenitude of Truth" by Paul Kabay.
