Reviews
The appeal here is an engrossing plot that shines a spotlight on AI and the threat it could pose to humanity.--Michele Leber "Booklist"
De Castrique's (A Specter of Justice, 2015, etc.) taut action sequences and strong character relationships triumph over a plot crowded with threads and back stories.-- "Kirkus"
I enjoy de Castrique's Sam Blackman mysteries and with new characters in The Singularity Race he has once again written a complex, fascinating mystery, enhanced by the dangers posed from technological advances.--Linda Straube "Book Talk"
Mark de Castrique's standalone thriller is fast-paced and absorbing, filled with hair-trigger action and cross after double cross. With the rise of computers, information warfare is where it's at, and the need for a super computer with moral parameters is a must.--Cathy Cole "NetGalley"
