ALISON HUGHES a publié 16 livres pour enfants et jeunes adultes et a été traduite en français, en coréen, en néerlandais et en turque. ALISON HUGHES has published 16 books for children and young adults, with translations into French, Korean, Dutch, and Turkish. She won the Writers' Union Writing for Children Award, and has been a finalist for the Governor General's Literary Awards, the Alberta Literary Awards, and many times for provincial children's choice awards. She lives in Alberta.

As a child, Ninon Pelletier wanted to become an astronaut in order to see the world differently. Instead, thanks to her great imagination, she became an illustrator. She studied photography and graphic design, and has illustrated over thirty children's books. She was nominated for the Governor General's Literary Award in 2016. She lives in Montreal, Quebec, surrounded by her pencils, charcoals and friends.
