Brigitte Weninger lives with her son in Kufstein, Austria. Her twenty years of kindergarten experience have given her invaluable insight in to the minds of young children. She is a full time writer now and has written more than thirty acclaimed picture books, among them the inter- nationally successful Davy series. Eve Tharlet was born in France, but she spent most of her childhood in Germany before returning to study art in Strasbourg. She has illustrated dozens of chil- dren's books, including the popular Davy series, and her art is recognized all over the world by children and adults alike. She lives in Priziac, France
