Erin Palmisano is a dual NZ and US citizen. She grew up reading books and has always wanted to write stories of food, wine, and travel that come together with a hint of magic. Erin and her chef partner live in New Zealand, where they own and operate three restaurants.
"Featuring a charming cast of characters, The Secrets of the Little Greek Taverna is a love letter to Greece and to listening to one's intuition. Readers will fall head-over-heels for this engaging story that's weaved together by magic."--Annette Christie, author of The Rehearsals and For Twice in My Life
"The most delicious of novels... I dare you not to fall in love!"--Soraya M. Lane, author of The Italian Daughter
"This is such a sweet, warm-hearted book brimming with generosity. The characters, the relationships, the food, and the setting are evocatively drawn and had me yearning to escape to a Greek island. A perfect and pleasurable holiday read."--Anne Tiernan, author of The Last Days of Joy
"As flavorful and satisfying as Cressida's mouth-watering Greek dishes, The Secrets of the Little Greek Taverna is an absolute feast of a novel. I tucked in with it on a frosty winter day and was immediately transported to Palmisano's sun-drenched Greek island town, where most anything can be solved over a delicious meal, and the discovery of true love may be just a bite of bread away. Readers will fall hard for this romantic story, and even harder for the warm and nurturing group of women telling it, who prove that friendship conjures its own special brand of magic. I devoured it in one sitting."--Erika Montgomery, author of Our Place on the Island and A Summer to Remember
"The Secrets of the Little Greek Taverna is a beautiful story about friendship, healing, and how food made with love can change your life. From the very first moment Erin Palmisano's character, Jory stepped off the ferry, she had me immersed in a little village in the Greek Islands full of stunning scenery and a charming cast of women with extraordinary gifts. By the end of this novel, I couldn't help but believe in magic."--Melissa Wiesner, author of The Second Chance Year
"Palmisano's debut overflows with the features of romantic escapism: beautiful scenery, delicious food, women empowered by gentle magical powers, and a variety of romances in which love must conquer complications."--Kirkus
"This is a sweet story about finding yourself and the importance of connecting with others and taking chances, even when you've been hurt before."--Booklist
