About the Author
V. M. Burns was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana. She currently resides in Tennessee with her two poodles. She is a member of Mystery Writers of America, Thriller Writers International and a lifetime member of Sisters in Crime. Her debut novel, The Plot is Murder, was nominated for a 2017 Agatha Award for Best First Novel.
