About the Author

Gengoroh Tagame (b. 1964) is a legend in gay comics throughout the world and in the American underground. Tagame's artwork has been exhibited internationally, and he was the founding Editor and Art Director of Japan's most widely-circulated gay journal, G-Men.
Graham Kolbeins is a Canadian queer filmmaker, writer, and designer living in southern California. He co-founded Massive Goods with Anne Ishii in 2013.
Anne Ishii is a writer and the Executive Director of Asian Arts Initiative in Center City Philadelphia.

Edmund White is the author of many novels, including A Boy's Own Story, The Beautiful Room Is Empty, The Farewell Symphony, and Our Young Man. His nonfiction includes City Boy, Inside a Pearl, The Unpunished Vice, and other memoirs; The Flâneur, about Paris; and literary biographies and essays. He was named the 2018 winner of the PEN/Saul Bellow Award for Achievement in American Fiction and received the 2019 Medal for Distinguished Contribution to American Letters from the National Book Foundation.
