About the Author
Thich Nhat Hanh (1926–2022) was a Vietnamese monk, renowned Zen master, poet, and peace activist. He was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize by Martin Luther King Jr. in 1967 and was the author of many books, including the bestseller The Miracle of Mindfulness. Up until his death in 2022, he lived in exile in Plum Village, a small community of monks that he founded in France.
