About the Author

Victor Marie Hugo (26 February 1802 - 22 May 1885) was a French author best remembered as the writer of "Les Misérables", and "Notre-Dame de Paris" (or "The Hunchback of Notre Dame").
Reed Crandall was a prolific cartoonist and comics illustrator, and contributed to several comics sereis, including Classics Illustrated, for which he often teamed up with George Evans.
George Evans was an American comics illustrator with a large number of credits to his name, including work for such comics publishers as Fiction House, Fawcett, EC Comics, DC Comics, Gold Key and several title adaptations for Gilberton's Classics Illustrated series.
