Even after Alan escapes, the spell of Gasazi follows him into the everyday world, just as it will follow readers of this unforgettable picture book.
Awarded a Caldecott Honor, the exquisite illustrations in The Garden of Abdul Gasazi will linger in the minds of readers long after they have left the enchanted garden.
