About the Author
Michelle Eastburn Larsen is a registered nurse who specializes in neonatal intensive care. She is also an author and this is her first children's book. She lives in Portland, Oregon, with her teacher-husband, Daniel, her amazing rescue dog, Vicki, and her one-of-a-kind cat, Emma. Michelle's compassion for animals was the inspiration for "The Cow That Ate My Mitten," based on a true story.
Jefferson Vowell is a graphic designer and is currently working as a 3D modeler for an engineering firm in Portland, Oregon. He has an Associate's degree in Art from Clackamas Community College and has also taken courses at Columbus College of Art and Design.
