About the Author

Author Amanda Lynch, MA, CTP-E, is an Educational Consultant specializing in Self-Care, Mindfulness-Based Trauma Informed Practices, and Restorative Justice. She is a licensed teacher and has worked in public education for nearly twenty years. Currently, she provides professional development workshops throughout the United States for educators, students and their families on the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) on student and family engagement and on learner cognition. She loves introducing communities of color to mindful practices, meditation, yoga and sound healing therapy. She lives with her husband, Marcus and her very busy children, Justin, Ava, Hazy and Rosebud in Glen Allen, Virginia. She is also the founder of Rethinking Resiliency LLC.
Master Author Coach, Story Crafter, and Ghostwriter, who has helped dozens of people write their books. These are authors who want to share their stories and their knowledge to serve more people, build their businesses, and have a positive impact on the world. Bonnie Lemaire is a graduate of Ontario College of Art's Communication and Design program, specializing in medical illustration. Her first position as artist/designer was with Ganz and Brothers Canada, designing figurines and teddy bears! Bonnie works in her home studio located in a small Hamlet in Northern Ontario, Canada, surrounded by her loving family and furry friend Crowquill the studio cat. Bonnie's eccentric creations within fantastical stories have brought smiles to small faces and delight to her readers all over the world.
