"This book explains why your metabolism may have slowed down and offers ways to reset your diet. Authors April Murray and Leila Page also give advice on exercise, supplements, meal timing, sleeping habits, and much more. Igniting your body's metabolism through a holistic diet and daily exercise has been scientifically proven to be an ideal way to shed pounds and 'turn up the heat' on your body's calorie-burning abilities."--Virginia C.

"As someone who works at night and takes care of a toddler by day, I've had a hard time keeping up with any form of dieting. This book has a great format of all the ingredients I need to buy for the week as well as some easy-to-do-at-home exercises."--Amanda N.

"I like that this book recognizes that muscle mass--not exercise, per se, and not specific foods by themselves--increases metabolism. The authors recognize other factors, such as sleep and alcohol, beyond diet itself that contribute to weight gain or loss. Their diet combines strength exercises with menu items designed to have enough protein to slow digestion (that keeps you full longer). Week by week, the book tells you what you need to buy at the grocery store, and what you should cook, ensuring that you don't have to think hard about what to eat."--Debbie W.
