Reviews
"Smart, entertaining and moving as it grapples with the tensions between past and present... while asking penetrating questions about the nature of liberation... Morisseau's script, sings with intelligence." - Guardian "[A] well-crafted tale of a former Black Power revolutionary struggling to cope with the fallout from the dream... Morisseau offers a soulful elegy for a movement" - Time Out (London) "Capable of capturing the rhythm and demotic speech of the street, Morisseau is an obvious talent with a flair for the incendiary monologue" - The Stage
