Patience Griffin is the author of Meet Me in Scotland and To Scotland with Love. She grew up in a small town along the Mississippi River and has a master's degree in nuclear engineering but spends her days quilting and writing stories about love, family, and the fictional small town of Gandiegow, Scotland.
