About the Author

Carrie Arcos is an award-winning author of books for young adults, including the National Book Award Finalist Out of Reach, We Are All That's Left, and Crazy Messy Beautiful. Several of her books have been Junior Library Guild selections and on best book lists. She originally hails from upstate New York; however, Los Angeles is where she calls home with her husband and kids. She loves teaching high school students, cooking, traveling, and talking.
