Warren Ellis is the award-winning writer of graphic novels like TRANSMETROPOLITAN, FELL, MINISTRY OF SPACE and PLANETARY, and the author of the New York Times-bestselling GUN MACHINE and the "underground classic" novel CROOKED LITTLE VEIN. The movie RED is based on his graphic novel of the same name. Warren Ellis is currently writing a TV pilot for Universal Cable Productions and working on a non-fiction book about the future of the city for Farrar Giroux Straus. His next book will be the novella NORMAL, also from FSG.A documentary about his work, CAPTURED GHOSTS, was released in 2012.Recognitions include the NUIG Literary and Debating Society's President's Medal for service to freedom of speech, the EAGLE AWARDS Roll Of Honour for lifetime achievement in the field of comics & graphic novels, the Grand Prix de l'Imaginaire 2010, the Sidewise Award for Alternate History and the International Horror Guild Award for illustrated narrative. He is a Patron of the British Humanist Association, an Associate of the Institute of Atemporal Studies, and the literary editor of EDICT magazine.Warren Ellis lives outside London, on the south-east coast of England, in case he needs to make a quick getaway.

Phil Hester has been writing and drawing comics since the dawn of time.

He has drawn Kevin Smith's Green Arrow, Mark Millar's Swamp Thing, Robert Kirkman's Ant-Man, and Jeff Lemire's Family Tree, as well as notable runs on Nightwing, The Flash, Batman Beyond, Justice League, and Kevin Smith's Tales from the Quick Stop. His recent assignments include Gotham City: Year One with Tom King, CREEPSHOW, and a return to Green Arrow.

Phil has written Wonder Woman, THE DARKNESS, Deathstroke, MYTHIC, Titans Giant, Swamp Thing Giant, INVINCIBLE UNIVERSE, and his co-creations The Coffin with artist Mike Huddleston, and FIREBREATHER with artist Andy Kuhn, which became an Emmy-winning feature on Cartoon Network.

He wrote and drew The Wretch, which was nominated for an Eisner Award. He lives in the sticks.
